1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PolyCall prediction market signal service operated at polycall.io (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What PolyCall Is

PolyCall is an automated signal service that uses artificial intelligence to analyse publicly available news and publicly available prediction market data from Polymarket. The Service delivers structured signals to subscribers by email.

PolyCall is an information service only. We do not execute trades, hold funds, manage accounts, or act as a broker, exchange, or financial intermediary of any kind.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing provided by PolyCall — whether on this website, in our emails, or through any other channel — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any position on any prediction market or any other financial instrument.

Our signals are AI-generated opinions based on automated analysis. They may be wrong. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future results. You should always conduct your own research before acting on any information we provide.

PolyCall is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body.

4. Risk Warning

Prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of the money you stake. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

It is your responsibility to check whether prediction market trading is legal in your jurisdiction before acting on any signal. PolyCall does not make any representation about the legality of prediction market trading in any country or region.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to receive this type of information in your jurisdiction.

6. Subscription Tiers

We offer two subscription tiers:

• Free — a limited number of signals per email send, with restricted detail. No payment required.
• Pro — the full signal feed with complete detail, at $10 per month, billed via Stripe.

We reserve the right to change pricing, signal frequency, or tier features at any time. Existing Pro subscribers will be given at least 14 days’ notice of any price increase.

7. Payment and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at $10 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us at signals@polycall.io.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive Pro signals until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.

8. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide accurate and timely signals, but we make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal or analysis
• The availability or uptime of the Service
• The validity of any Polymarket URL or market data
• The continued operation of Polymarket or any third-party platform we reference

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyCall and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from trades placed based on our signals
• Losses arising from signal inaccuracy or delay
• Losses arising from service downtime or interruption
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your email or accounts

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will not redistribute, resell, or republish our signals without written permission
• You will not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our emails or website
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses

11. Intellectual Property

All content produced by PolyCall — including signal text, analysis, reasoning, website design, and branding — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. In the event of termination by us, Pro subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of their current billing period.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
